We offer a friendly welcome all year round. Higher Longford is a special place. We offer panoramic views of Dartmoor and space to think in peace and quiet. By day watch the buzzards spiral up and up on the Dartmoor breeze. After dark wonder at the night sky, the stars and the milky way.

Our holiday cottages are all of excellent quality with wooden furniture, fully equipped kitchens, central heating and bathrooms; a real home from home.

All our cottages have lovely gardens, with patio furniture to make the most of the sunshine.

Families are welcome. Dartmoor is a lovely family location and our cottages are designed to make your stay very comfortable.

Pets are also welcomed at Higher Longford. Exercise areas are available to entertain your dogs.

Disabled Access and Facilities

We meet most of the requirements of guests with special needs, including mobility, visual and hearing impairment. Ash Cottage was designed with special needs in mind. It has larger door openings and a large bathroom with a walk in shower.Contact us for further information.
