All you need to know and conditions of booking your holiday.
The Park in General
- For the convenience of our guests, we reserve the right to terminate a booking without compensation or refund, where the unreasonable behaviour of the persons named on the booking or their guests might impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests. No refund will be given in these instances
- All persons using the Park and its facilities do so at their own risk. No responsibility is accepted by the proprietors for personal injury or inconvenience, loss or damage to personal property, including vehicles.
- Please treat the property, facilities and amenities at our park with respect a care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. In the event that you notice damage to any facilities or amenity please report it to reception immediately so that we can take the appropriate action.
- Ball games are not permitted in the areas between and around the pitch areas.
- For the safety of all our guests Bicycles, scooters and skateboards must not be used on the Park.
- Licensing Laws – In accordance with UK Licencing Laws, we can only sell alcohol to persons aged 18 or over. We may require proof of age.
- Our park is intended for adult and family holidays. We therefore deter bookings from groups of young people under the age of 21 or single sex groups (i.e. more than 2 person) of any age. Discretion may be applied in certain circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a booking if we feel that the enjoyment of our holidays for guests may be put at risk.
- Availability of facilities – The operation of our park is subject to legislation and the guidelines laid down by the Health and Safety Executive and Local Authority and their code of practice. We accordingly reserve the right to adjust our services in order to meet these standards.
- It is possible in some circumstances that facilities may be temporarily withdrawn due to maintenance, renovation, adverse weather conditions, or other factor outside our control. We are unable to pay compensation or any inconvenience caused.
- We take every care to ensure that the details within our brochure and website are accurate at the time of going to press, but we reserve the right to amend details without prior notice.
- All prices include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%, where applicable. Should these change we reserve the right to alter prices accordingly.
- Vehicles are allowed on the park provided they are properly taxed, insured and driven by a current licence holder only. A maximum speed limited of 5 mph is mandatory on the Park in the interests of safety. The traffic act applies to the roads on our park and you can be prosecuted for driving without tax, insurance, a valid licence or under the influence of alcohol as with a normal road.
- Commercial or van-like vehicles are only allowed with prior arrangement.
- Dogs must be kept under control at all times. They must remain on a lead on the park. We have a dog exercise field where you may allow them to run freely. Should they foul the park, in the interest of hygiene, please put all deposit in the bins provided.
- Open fires and disposable BBQs are not allowed. BBQs with proprietary equipment are welcome. Please take care not to damage the grass.
- Disabled Guests – We will provide as much information as is possible to people with disabilities who wish to holiday at our park. If you contact us prior to booking we will do our best to find the ideal location to suit your needs to ensure you get the most enjoyment from your holiday.
Assistance dogs are exempt from charges in our chalets and cottages.
Special Requirements – We will do our best to meet any special requirements, but we are very sorry, that these cannot be guaranteed. Any special requirements must be agreed in writing.
Self Catering Properties
- Details of all persons occupying the accommodation should be entered on the reservation form. No alterations may be made except by prior written agreement with the proprietors.
- The accommodation is designed for the comfort of the number of persons shown. These may not be exceeded under any circumstances.
- No accommodation is reserved until the appropriate deposit has been paid. Offers of accommodation are subject to availability and acceptance by the proprietors.
- A deposit is payable as a reservation fee and this is non-refundable. The remaining balance is payable four weeks before arrival – if not received we reserve the right to re-let. No reminder is sent but we will endeavour to contact you should this not be received.
- Cancellation of a reservation can only be accepted provided that it is possible to re-let the accommodation for the period involved; otherwise the reservation must stand and the applicant is still liable for the remaining balance. We strongly recommend holiday insurance.
- Time is required to ensure that the accommodation is maintained in a tidy and clean condition. To this end, accommodation is available from 2.00pm, and guests are requested to vacate by 10.00am on the day of departure. Also, please ensure that the accommodation and contents are left in a clean and tidy condition.
- A maximum of 2 dogs are accepted, by prior arrangement. Suitable bedding should be provided as they should not be allowed on the beds or sofas. They must not be left unattended at any time in the accommodation. Dogs must be kept under control at all times. They must remain on a lead on the park. We have a dog exercise field where you may allow them to run freely. Should they foul the park, in the interest of hygiene, please put all deposit in the bins provided.
- No radio, record player, television or musical instrument should be audible from 11.00pm to 8.00am. Also, they should not be used in the grounds to the annoyance of other guests.
- All breakages must be reported to the proprietors and these should be paid for before departure. The proprietors reserve the right to make a charge for any damage.
- The key for the accommodation is available at Reception from 2.00pm on the day of arrival.
- The proprietors reserve the right to request the immediate departure of any person, or persons, whose behaviour is causing annoyance to other guests in any way whatsoever. No refund will be given in these instances.
- Our Properties are strictly no smoking.
