Beyond a charming archway, you’ll find three beautifully furnished bedrooms—two with double beds and a third that can be arranged as either a super king-size or twin room. Each room is designed to provide the comforts of home, ensuring a restful stay.  (One with ensuite shower room). A modern bathroom and fully equipped kitchen complete the cottage, offering all the amenities you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.

Outside, Holly Cottage boasts its own private, secluded garden, accessed from the main yard. Enclosed by high stone walls, the garden provides a peaceful retreat with a patio area, perfect for enjoying tea or gathering around the fire pit on warmer evenings. Ideal for larger families or couples traveling together, Holly Cottage is a perfect base for your Dartmoor adventure.

Accessibility

• Access is up 8 concrete steps at the top of the yard.  This has railings on both sides. Front door has raised threshold.
• Inside the property it is all on one level except for one steps into Bedroom 2 and 3 (Doubles)
• Garden is accessed from the yard and not via the property.
• Allocated parking for 2 cars.
